Delicious Chinese Non-Food

Here are five things I love to taste that isn't technically Chinese food:


1. The green onions after everyone picked on the steamed fish
2. The spatula immediately after a stir fry
3. Red vinegar after I've dunked all my dumplings
4. Chicken skin exactly on a drumstick
5. Leftover oyster sauce after everyone picked the Gai-lan.
